  • Can I change the travel dates?
    Yes — we always strive to be as flexible as possible. Date changes are allowed based on availability and the policies of our hotel, airline, and local partners.
    We recommend requesting changes at least 21 days before the start of your tour.
  • What’s included in the tour price?
    Typically, our tours include:
    • Accommodation as per the program
    • Transfers (airport – hotel – airport)
    • Guided excursions, workshops, and entry tickets
    • English and/or Russian-speaking tour guide
    • Breakfasts (or meals as per itinerary)
    • Tickets to cultural or sporting events (if specified in the tour)
    • Full details are always listed in each tour description.
  • What’s not included in the tour price?
    Usually not included:
    • Flights
    • Travel insurance
    • Personal expenses (gifts, out-of-program meals)
    • Optional activities and extra services
  • How do I pay for the tour?
    Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an invoice.
    You can pay via:
    • Bank transfer
    • Online card payment (Visa / Mastercard)
    • Other payment systems on request
    • Your reservation is confirmed after we receive the prepayment (amount varies depending on the tour).
  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?
    Refunds depend on the cancellation notice period:
    • More than 30 days before the tour: 100% refund minus bank fees
    • 15 to 30 days: 30% cancellation fee
    • Less than 14 days: up to 100% cancellation fee (depending on partner terms)
    • All conditions are clearly stated in the booking agreement.
  • Can I book a private, custom-made tour?
    Absolutely! We’ll design a fully personalized itinerary for you — with private guides, handpicked experiences, and travel dates that suit your plans. Just send us a request — and we’ll take care of the rest.
  • Can I book a tour without flights?
    Yes. You’re welcome to book land services only — including accommodation, excursions, and transfers. If needed, we’re happy to assist with flight selection and booking too.
  • What documents do I need to travel?
    You’ll need:
    • A passport valid for at least 6 months
    • Travel medical insurance
    • Visa (if required — we will assist with the process)
    • Return tickets
    • Vouchers for accommodation and transfers (issued after full payment)
  • Who will accompany us during the tour?
    All tours are led by professional English and/or Russian-speaking guides who live in Qatar and know the country inside and out.
  • Can I travel with children?
    We offer family-friendly tours with programs adapted for different age groups, and we carefully select hotels with family amenities and services.
